Questions schools ask us
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Attendance, daily records and payments can be captured offline. Everything is stored safely on the device and syncs automatically as soon as a connection is available — no buttons to press.
What about parents who don't have a smartphone?
They are fully supported. Staff can record payments, share reports and print documents on the parent's behalf, and parents with an email address still receive invoices and receipts by email.
How do parents pay? Do you handle cash?
Parents keep paying the school directly, in your school's currency — bank transfer, card, PayPal, mobile money or cash (EcoCash, InnBucks and O'mari in Zimbabwe). They upload their proof of payment, your finance team verifies it, and a receipt is issued automatically. EarlyCare never holds your school's money.
How do we pay for EarlyCare?
Plans are priced in US dollars in every country and paid securely through Paynow. Schools in Zimbabwe can pay with EcoCash, OneMoney, Telecash, InnBucks, O'mari, Zimswitch or Visa/Mastercard; schools in other countries pay with Visa or Mastercard.
Is children's data safe?
Children's information is encrypted, stored securely and never shared with third parties or advertisers. Every school's data is isolated at the database level, teachers only see their own classes, and every access is logged.
Can I print with my own school logo?
Yes. Upload your logo once and every receipt, invoice, report card and register carries your school's name and logo.
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access with no payment details required. The clock starts on your first login. At the end, choose a plan to continue — if you don't, your data is locked, never deleted.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your settings and you keep access until the end of the paid period. You can export all of your data at any time.
